To create a new context go on Voice ➡️ Contexts and click on + button:
choose a name
description (optional)
And click on Add context
You have to create a context for each queue and an internal route for each context:
Then place the needed queue in the actions of the internal route:
Eventually place the GoTo block in place of queue block (into the already existent cally-square):
…and set its parameters accordingly:
