How to stop microservice container and restart the server

When the server runs out of disk space, the volume of the bullmq container can become corrupted and the container kept restarting.

By launching these commands, you can stop the container, delete the volume, and then restart the server correctly.

 cd $XC_HOME/xc-services/
 docker compose down -v bullmq-v1
 docker compose up -d
