How to assign specific outbound routes to agents?

If you want to assign a specific outbound route to certain agents:

1. You can use out prefixes, each one associated to different Agents
   
   

2. On the other hand, if you don’t want to use the outbound prefixes, you can choose to configure the contexts for every group of agents to have them go directly out with a specific outbound route connected to their context.
   
   

3. In this case you have to create a new context and then assign it simultaneously:

   1. to the outbound route in context field

   2. to the agent context in voice tab
