Overview
The Analytics section in XCALLY provides powerful tools for generating statistics and insights related to your Customer Care activity. You can create custom reports, view pre-configured reports, and define specific metrics to track performance across various parameters.

Analytics sections
The Analytics section allows you to:
Generate detailed reports on Customer Care activities.
Use default reports that can be copied and customized to meet specific needs.
Create new reports from scratch.
Access detailed information on the database tables underlying the XCALLY system.
The Analytics menu contains three main sections:
Reports: create, run, and manage reports.
Extracted Reports: view and manage previously generated reports.
If needed, you can delete reports or export them to formats like CSV for further processing.
Metrics: define specific metrics for your reports (if required).
