What’s about?
The Analytics section allows you to generate statistics on your Customer Care activity. You can either use the default reports (which can be copied and modified as needed) or create entirely new reports from scratch.

Analytics sections
The Analytics menu contains three sections: one for creating and running reports, one for viewing the report results, and one for defining metrics, if necessary.
