Intervals section
This page describes the Intervals configuration on the New Client Experience, available from version 3.55.0. We recommend using the New Experience web interface to take full advantage of the latest features.
You can access the Intervals section from the Tools menu in the main navigation panel.
When you enter the Intervals section you find the list of the created intervals, with the possibility to edit or delete them clicking the three dots button (⋮) next to the interval of interest. When you edit an interval you can create (Add button) and manage interval subsets.
The installation process generates two default intervals (working time and holidays) that can be modified according to your needs. You can also create additional custom intervals.
Furthermore, under Tools → Intervals section you can:
search for an interval
set and clear all filters
manage columns
activate the advanced search for each field
export to CSV, if you select at least one interval
create a new interval

Time Range Behavior
When defining a time interval using the Time Range setting (e.g., 09:00–13:00), the end time is inclusive of the entire final minute. This means that the interval will include all timestamps from 13:00:00 up to and including 13:00:59.
If you intend for the interval to end exactly at 13:00, you must set the end time to 12:59.
