Jscripty

Overview

Jscripty is a powerful, user-friendly tool designed to help contact centers streamline agent interactions through dynamic, responsive scripting. It enables administrators to create intelligent script flows that adapt in real-time based on customer responses, ensuring agents are always equipped with the right information at the right time.

Jscripty allows you to design, preview and publish a script flow that the Agents can use for their customer service operations inside the Omni Desktop Interface. Every time there is an outgoing/incoming call the script is automatically opened for the agent managing the call, if trigger conditions are met.

In fact, a dynamic agent script is an interactive sequence of questions and responses that evolves based on the customer's input. This flexibility ensures that each conversation stays relevant, efficient, and personalized—improving both customer satisfaction and agent performance.

How it works

Administrators can create, preview, and publish script flows using the Jscripty Script Builder. These scripts are then available for agents, who can use them directly within the Motion Omni Desktop Interface to support customer interactions.

To enable and use Jscripty scripts, follow the steps below:

  1. Create a Project

    • Open the Jscripty Script Builder.

    • Design the desired script flow.

  2. Configure a Trigger

    • Navigate to: Tools → V3 Triggers.

    • Define the conditions under which the script should run.

    • Add a Jscripty Action and select the project you created in step 1.

  3. Agent Login

    • Log in to the Motion Omni Desktop Interface as an agent.

Create a Jscripty project

To create a project click the New Project button

In the project creation form, enter the following information:

  • Project Name: Enter a descriptive name for your project.

  • Description (Optional): Add a brief description of the project’s purpose or functionality.

Once you’ve filled out the details, click Add Project to create the project.

After the project is created, it will appear in the Projects List. From here, you can:

  • Edit the project: To modify the project details or workflow, click the Edit Project button.

  • Clone the project: You can duplicate a project for reuse. Select a project from the list, then click on the command menu (three dots) and choose Clone. Note: Cloning a project will copy the project itself, but not any session results.
