Overview

Motion Bull is an automated outbound dialer designed to initiate calls from predefined contact lists. Based on the specific campaign configuration, it can either connect the call directly to available agents or route it through an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.

By automating the dialing process, Motion Bull significantly enhances operational efficiency. Agents no longer need to dial numbers manually, eliminating downtime and optimizing both resource allocation and agent productivity.

The platform supports simultaneous management of multiple campaigns without requiring manual intervention by agents. Additionally, its real-time environment enables comprehensive tracking of outbound call activity, including agent performance and campaign status.

Campaign Types

Motion Bull supports two types of outbound campaigns:

1. Queue Campaigns

In this mode, the dialer places calls to contacts on a list and routes answered calls into a queue. Available agents assigned to that queue can then take the calls and engage with the contacts directly.

2. IVR Campaigns

Here, the dialer calls contacts from a list and connects them to a pre-configured IVR system once the call is answered. This campaign type is ideal for automated processes like surveys, where no agent interaction is required. It operates independently of queue status or agent availability.
