The XCALLY Academy is XCALLY's e-learning platform on which candidates can take online training courses offered by XCALLY, obtaining certifications.
XCA - Certified Associate Training and Certification
The XCA - Certified Associate Training and Certification is designed to evaluate knowledge of XCALLY software.
The certification is aimed at Customer service administrators, ICT technicians, IP telephony and IP network technicians who wish to get acquainted with the overview and fundamentals of XCALLY configuration.
The exam tests comprehension of the interface and configuration of the different components, analyzing the use of the platform both admin/user side and agent side.
How to access
You can access to XCALLY Academy by sending a request to your sales reference and you will be enrolled in our Academy for 60 days.
Members can take the modules whenever they like until the exam is completed (2 attempts to pass).

The XCP training and certification is designed for customer care administrators, ICT engineers, IP telephony and IP network engineers who wish to learn more about the advanced modules and configurations of XCALLY Motion.
The main requirement of XCP is to already have XCA certification. Also, the knowledge of MySQL basic, Asterisk basic and Linux basic are appreciated but not mandatory.
