XCALLY Academy offers structured online learning paths and certifications for:

Participants can access video modules, study at their own pace, and complete certification exams directly on the platform.
🎓To enroll in any XCALLY Academy course:
Contact your XCALLY Sales Representative.
Request access to the desired certification track.
You will receive an enrollment link valid for the course duration (30 or 60 days, depending on the certification).
XCA - XCALLY Certified Associate
The XCA Certification is designed to assess foundational knowledge of XCALLY Motion. It targets:
Customer service administrators
ICT and IP telephony/network technicians
The exam evaluates the user’s ability to navigate and configure XCALLY, covering both admin/user and agent-side functionalities.
How to access
Access is granted for 60 days upon request through your XCALLY Sales Representative.
Learners can access modules at any time within the validity period.
