XCALLY license portal
In the XCALLY Jira license portal, you can:
Activate a new customer license
Request a 30-day free demo
Modify items on an active license
Request a change to the license plan
Update the support level
Change the billing frequency
Open ticket if your license is in a grace period
Submit a general request for any other inquiries
Some requests are handled automatically, others are processed manually by our team within a few hours after an administrative review.
🛠️ XCALLY Support Portal
In the XCALLY Jira support portal, you can open a ticket by providing the required information, such as the server token, product version, and a description of the issue. The ticket will be managed according to your support plan.
Alternatively, you can submit an emergency ticket for immediate assistance.
Please read the emergenty ticket conditions carefully before raising a request, as it may incur additional charges.
XCALLY Remote Support Plugin
The Remote Support Plugin allows you to easily and securely start a support session with our team.
Before using the plugin, please ensure that a support ticket has been opened.
The plugin can be installed on your XCALLY server, and from there, you can initiate a remote session to receive more efficient and effective support.
