In addition to the product wiki you’re currently viewing, the following portals and tools are designed to support our partners:

  • Workvivo Portal – Your dedicated platform for staying updated on our latest resources, events, and news.

  • License Portal – The form to order new licenses, request demos and manage updates on existing servers.

  • Support Portal – Use this form to submit support requests quickly and efficiently.

  • Remote Support Plugin – This new tool allows faster and more effective remote assistance.

The portals are available to XCALLY Partners only. Please request access from your sales account representative.

In the XCALLY Jira license portal, you can:

  • Activate a new customer license

  • Request a 30-day free demo

  • Modify items on an active license

  • Request a change to the license plan

  • Update the support level

  • Change the billing frequency

  • Open ticket if your license is in a grace period

  • Submit a general request for any other inquiries

Some requests are handled automatically, others are processed manually by our team within a few hours after an administrative review.

In the XCALLY Jira support portal, you can open a ticket by providing the required information, such as the server token, product version, and a description of the issue. The ticket will be managed according to your support plan.

SILVER SUPPORT

Support during daily working hours, from 9 AM to 6 PM Rome time, Monday-Friday

  • High priority (blocking errors): taking charge in 4 working hours

  • Medium priority (a service or channel does not work): taking charge in 8 working hours

  • Low priority: best effort, usually within 24 working hours

PLATINUM SUPPORT

24/7 support

  • High priority (blocking errors): taking charge in 2 hours

  • Medium priority (a service or channel does not work): taking charge in 4 hours

  • Low priority: best effort, usually within 24 hour

Alternatively, you can submit an emergency ticket for immediate assistance.

Please read the emergenty ticket conditions carefully before raising a request, as it may incur additional charges.

XCALLY Remote Support Plugin

The Remote Support Plugin allows you to easily and securely start a support session with our team.
Before using the plugin, please ensure that a support ticket has been opened.

The plugin can be installed on your XCALLY server, and from there, you can initiate a remote session to receive more efficient and effective support.
