Filters and Advanced Search on New Experience

Overview

On this page, we’ll explore the filters available on New Client Experience to manage channels accounts, queues and settings sections.

When you open a section, you will view this commands on the topbar. From this menu, you can:

  • search for a specific item (agent, report, queue, voice recordings and so on depending on the section)

  • clear all filters

  • manage columns to customize visible columns to suit your preferences, by selecting or not them.
    In fact from the dropdown menu, you can see all the columns that can be added or removed from the table

On the table, you can sort elements in ascending or descending order, by clicking on arrows and you can activate the advanced search for each field with the funnel icon

From the bottom bar, by clicking on the button Reset table, you will reset the table with default columns

Interactions

You can filter the interactions using the Advanced Search as described below:

  1. Click the Advanced Search button (filter icon) to open the search configuration form to create customized queries.

  2. Select one of the below options:

    1. meet all the conditions: all inserted conditions must be met (logical AND)

    2. meet at least one condition: at least one condition must be met (logical OR)

  1. Select a Field
    Scroll through the list to choose one of the available search fields (i.e. Agent, Status, Disposition)

 

  1. Choose an Operator
    Select a comparison operator among those available (e.g., equals, contains, starts with, etc.).

  1. Enter a Value
    Input or select the value you want to match.

  1. Click + button (Add Condition) to include it in your query.

  1. To add more conditions, repeat the steps 3-6 and finally click on Filter. Matching results will be displayed in the interaction list.

Below the actions you can perform on conditions:

  • Delete a single condition: Click the icon next to a condition.

  • Delete all conditions: Click the Reset button.

  • Edit a condition: Click on an existing condition and select Edit to change the field, operator, or value.

  • Disable/Enable a condition: Click on a condition and choose Disable or Enable as needed.

  • When the advanced search is active, the Advanced Search button blinks to indicate it's in use.

  • Advanced search applies across the entire dataset, regardless of any filters applied in the list view.
