Click-to-dial feature

Phone numbers in the Contacts tab appear in light blue and are clickable.

Behavior:

• Phonebar Agent – Clicking opens a call dialog window.

• WebRTC Agent – Clicking opens a dialog window to call or transfer an active call.

The same click-to-dial feature is available in the Calls section for direct dialing or call transfer:

1. Just click the number

2. Call it or transfer it to another agent
