How to integrate WhatsApp with XCALLY
Overview
XCALLY integrates WhatsApp using a connector channel that relies on third-party solution providers to bridge between XCALLY Motion and the WhatsApp Business API.
Supported Providers:
XCALLY does not connect directly to WhatsApp; instead, it uses the APIs provided by the above Solution Providers.
How it works
The provider receives and sends WhatsApp messages on behalf of your business.
XCALLY Motion communicates with the provider’s API to receive incoming messages and send outbound messages.
All WhatsApp interactions are managed within the XCALLY Omni Desktop Interface, allowing agents to handle WhatsApp chats like any other channel (email, SMS, etc.).
The WhatsApp accounts are shared among multiple agents and admin/supervisor can view real-time monitoring.
