Phonebar installation recovery

Remove all the Phonebar components in case of error during installation or after a Windows update

• Uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ libraries

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86_64) (if any)

• Open the command prompt and run the following command:

rundll32 %SystemRoot%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache

• Reboot the PC

• Remove the following directory:

C:\Users\{WINDOWS USER}\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0

({WINDOWS USER} is the name of the user logged into the PC)

• Install again the XCALLY Phonebar and the required components
