Motion Bull is an automated outbound dialer that generates calls from contacts lists and connects contacts to agents or forwards the calls to an IVR based on the campaign.
This improves call handing efficiency by avoiding agents from dialing numbers manually and they have no downtime. In this way, resources and the agent's occupation time are optimised.

It is also possible to manage several campaigns simultaneously without agent intervention because the system takes care of it and to track outbound call process, agents and campaigns thanks to the realtime environment.

The Dialer can be used for several kind of applications, like:

The Motion Bull Dialer can be used in two type of campaigns:

  • Queue campaign, where the dialer generates calls to contacts in a list and puts the call in a queue. When the contact answers the call, the Agents available in the queue will be able to answer and connect to the contact.

  • IVR campaign, where the dialer generates calls to contacts from a list and puts the call in an IVR only when the contact answers the call. This type of campaign is usually used for surveys and does not depend on any queue status or availability of any agent in a queue.
