Data Export
The Admin has the opportunity to export information from this section through excel files.
The function provides documents easy to share to subjects/departments that do not use the WitiOp platform.
First, select your desired dates to limit your search and the information contained in the file. Then select the format and select the type of exported data you need.
Time frame of the data
Format: Excel or CSv
Export Statistic data of theConversations (no text messages)
Export Conversations Status history
ExportAgent status History
When you click on the wanted option (1./ 2./ 3.) the file will be automatically downloaded on your device, for you to share.
