What it's about

 

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security system that requires two separate, distinct forms of identification in order to access XCALLYWITIOP.

The first factor is a password and the second includes a text with a code sent to your a smartphone authenticator app or to your email. 


How to set up

 

  • Login to

XCALLY
  • WITIOP and from the

command top bar
  • User Menu, click on the

User Information Button
  • Profile:

Expand the Button and access to Manage 2FA:

Only the user can enable this feature from his own interface.

  • Click on Enable two factor authentication

  • It is possible to enable 2FA via :

  • Authenticator App

-Email
  • A code is generated and sent via auth app or email

  • Enter the code in the form in the Verify code field

  • Click on Enable 2FA is enabled

Login with 2FA

  • Enter your credentials in the login form

Disable 2FA

To disable the two-factor authentication:

  • Login to XCALLY WITIOP and from the command top barUser Menu, click on the User Information Button Profile:

  • Click on Disable two factor authentication:
