Dashboard and real-time section are slower than expected |
In some sites with high load of calls and more than 50 queues and 100 agents, you might encounter performance issues on the dashboard and real-time sections (low response time or inconsistent data, for example).
From the 2.4.34 release, we added some feature the following options to improve the performance:
- agents and queues list pagination in the dashboard monitor
- response time improvement in the real-time agent section
- option to disable the charts in Settings -> General General section:
