Outbound Templates

This section provides an overview of the Outbound templates created by the user for the Outbound campaign. Before an outbound message can be used, Facebook must approve its content.

Keep in mind that this section is strictly for Outbound standardized messages.

The status helps you understand if the template is in use, hence if it is available to be sent.

Before being available, the template will be characterized by this symbol

which represents the waiting of approval on the outbound message.

Xenialab has the responsibility to forward the message to Facebook, which validates the text. As soon as the message is validated by Facebook (2-3 days), the template goes into an approved status and, therefore, can be used by the user for Outbound campaigns
