Give the option in the breaks section to configure a list of reasons.
When the Admin edits a pause, a new tab in which it is possible to add a list of reasons shows up.
💡 How it works
From the section Pause Reasons, you can see all the available reasons.
By clicking on Add pause reason you can add new elements, and save:
From the Pause section, the Admin can click on the three dots menu and select Add Reason to Pause
This window allows you to match one or more reasons with a pause
When agents log in, they can choose a pause, like the ones below:
If associated, it is possible to choose a pause reason:
TIP:
From a statistical point of view, you have to enter, only for the PAUSE type, in data3
columns the reason id
and in data4
the reason name (as already done for profiles and LOGIN type)
