How it works
Access to voicemail can be handled by using an IVR project where the caller is asked to enter the Mailbox number (extension) he/she wants to access and VoiceMailMain custom application is used to retrieve the account's voicemail messages.

To route the calls to the IVR application
- Create an inbound route Internal Route (Voice →Inbound Routes)→Internal Routes)
and add the Cally Square Project (see 1) as application in the Actions.
Add Cally Square application in the inbound route (Voice →Inbound Routes/Actions) and select the project
