What is a Pause?
A Pause is a label that can be used to identify an Agent Pause status for effectively tracking the agent activities. In the pause section, you can create and manage different Pause Status like Backoffice, Aftercall or Teabreak.

Create/Edit a Pause
To create a new Pause you just click on the button, then you specify its name and a description:
To Edit a Pause go on the Pause List, click on and then on Edit Pause:
