xCALLY Shuttle provides a seamless CTI integration with Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM) system. The integration works is tested on Salesforce Enterprice, Ultimated or PerformanceProfessional, Enterprise and Unlimited, however you can try it also with other SF editions.
The integration automatically creates a Case for each call, according to the configured Queues and Triggers.
In the Salesforce Embedded integration (RECOMMENDED) the the Case is opened and shown to the Agent on the same TAB; the Agent can also manage calls using a phone embedded on the Salesforce interface.In the Salesforce Classic integration the Case is opened and shown to the Agent on a new TAB.
