The Sounds Section is under the Tools Menu:

  1. Play button: Playback an existing sound

  2. Quick Actions button: Edit an existing sound

  3. Upload button: upload a new sound

⬆️ Upload a new Sound

To add a new Sound you click on the upload button and then you can upload or drag an audio file into the box area:

As shown on the panel the audio

file’s maximum size is 15 MB and the format must be one of the following: MP3, WAV, GSM.

Once uploaded, the new Sound will be shown in the Sounds List.

...

Consider that it is not allowed to add a file with an already existing name, in this case a warning message will alert you about the issue.

🔧 Manage a Sound

On the Sounds list, click on (blue star) related to a sound and then choose the action:

  • Edit it: change the name of the Sound (by default it is the name of the audio file you uploaded) or add/edit a description

  • Download it

  • Replace the sound with a new one. This command is very useful because the new sound will be automatically updated within the entire Motion system where it is used

  • Delete it
