Dashboard and real-time section are slower than expected
In some sites with high load of calls and more than 50 queues and 100 agents, you might encounter performance issues on the dashboard and real-time sections (low response time or inconsistent data, for example).
From the 2.4.34 release, we added the following options to improve the performance:
- agents and queues list pagination in the dashboard monitor
- response time improvement in the real-time agent section
- option to disable the charts in Settings - General section:
