Sightless Agents can use a specific and simplified version of the Phonebar, which has been developed and tested on Jaws (Job Access With Speech).
This Phonebar version is specific for blind Agent, therefore some of the classic Phonebar features are not shown on this version, like pop-ups, the Omni desktop button and the Command Menu (with Messenger, Agents Presence and Queue List):
The Phonebar commands and features can be navigated using the TAB or specific keystrokes.
Jaws Integration is available from Phonebar version 5.1.24.0
Jaws is a screen reader, developed by Freedom Scientific for blind windows users that cannot see screen content or navigate with a mouse. Jaws must be already downloaded and operational on the Agent workstation
The following are the general keystrokes:
Ctrl+D
Show the Dialpad
Ctrl+S
Show the Settings
Ctrl+M
Minimize the application
Ctrl+P
Start the Pause
Ctrl+R
End the Pause (Ready)
Ctrl+F4
Close the application
The keystrokes for for Calls Management are the following:
Ctrl+A
Answer an incoming call
Ctrl+H
Hangup a call
Ctrl+O
Hold a live call
Cntrl+T
Transfer a Call (blind transfer)

The Agents that are going to use this special Phonebar must have this flag enabled in their Profile.
