📋 What’s about
Deleted members are staff members who have been deleted from their section in XCALLY. Staff members include Users with admin or user roles, Agents and Telephones.
When you delete a staff member, the system will consider the action as SOFT DELETE and will transfer the user to the Deleted Members section.
For example, from the Agents section, when you delete an agent:
The agent will be removed from the Agents section and will be transferred in the Deleted Members section:
💡 How it works
From this section, clicking on the three dots button of the specific member line, you can:
Restore Member: the member will be restored and will appear on the designated section.
Delete Member Permanently: the system will consider the action as HARD DELETE and the member can not be restored anymore.

When a staff member is SOFT DELETED in not loggable but restorable. The interactions in XCALLY environment contain references to that member. When a staff member is HARD DELETED any refer to that member in the interactions are deleted. |

If you enable New Client Experience, you can view this visualisation, with the list of deleted members:

you can:
search for a specific tag
clear all filters
manage columns, by selecting or not them
activate the advanced search for each field
By clicking on 3 dots of a deleted member, you can decide to restore him or delete him permanently
