Overview
The Deleted Members section in XCALLY provides a centralized view of all staff members who have been removed from the system.
This includes Users (with admin or user roles), Agents and Telephones.
When a staff member is deleted, XCALLY performs a soft delete. This means the member is removed from their original section (e.g., Agents) but is not permanently erased. Instead, they are moved to the Deleted Members area, where administrators can choose to restore or permanently delete them.
For example, if an agent is deleted from the Agents section, they will disappear from that list and appear under Deleted Members.
This page describes the Deleted members configuration on the New Client Experience, available from version 3.43.0. We recommend using the New Experience web interface to take full advantage of the latest features.
How it works
From this section you can:
search specific members
clear all filters: remove all active filters in one click
manage columns: show or hide table columns based on your preferences
Advanced Field Search: apply granular filters per column field.
You can manage each entry by clicking the three dots (⋮) menu next to a staff member. You can:
Restore Member: reinstates the staff member, returning them to their original section (e.g., Agents, Users, or Telephones).
Delete Member Permanently: this performs a hard delete, permanently removing the member and all related references in the XCALLY environment. This action cannot be undone.
