Uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ libraries

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86_64) (if any)
Open the command prompt and run the following command:

Reboot the PC
...
Remove the following directory:

Install again the XCALLY Phonebar and the required components
