Requirements
Use Windows 7 or greater and XCALLY SHUTTLE minimum 2.3.55 and above
If you install the phone bar for the first time, you must be logged as administrator.
Remember to use an USB headset before launching the phone bar.
We suggest to use as minimum resolution: 1024x768

Enhanced Pause and Unpause performances: by default the new phone bar version will first move to unavailable mode as soon as an agent moves to PAUSE mode.
That way the agent will not receive any phone calls independently from the source: it means the agent will not receive any internal or external calls when he/she is on pause mode (he/she will still be able to place manual Outbound calls).
Please note, this behaviour does not apply in case on Partial Pauses (the agent will still receive incoming calls from the queues where he/she is not on pause).
It's recommended to use XCALLY Shuttle GUI minimum version 2.4.41 for better performance with the new phone bar versionWith the previous phone bar version, the agents on Pause could still receive unwanted internal calls or external calls, especially annoying in the elapsed interval of time necessary to move the agents on pause on many queues.
