📋 What is a Pause?

A Pause is a label that can be used to identify an Agent Pause status for effectively tracking the agent activities. In the pause section, you can create and manage different Pause Status like Backoffice or Aftercall.

The Pause Section is under the Tools Menu bar:

🔧 Handle a Pause

To create a new Pause you just click on the (blue star) button, then you specify its name and a description:

To Edit a Pause go on the Pause List, click on (blue star)  and then on Edit Pause:
