In this section you can create the SMS connection (one or more, according to your needs and provider specifics) that you will use in the Cally Square SMS block to send SMS to your customers.
Currently we support Twilio and Skebby providers.
Click on New SMS and fill the form:
- Name: unique name of your SMS connection
- Phone: optional phone number (see provider specifics)
- Username: mandatory, your provider username
- Password: mandatory, your provider password
- Type:
- Twilio (https://www.twilio.com/)
- you have to specify the Token and the Session ID (you can find these info here: https://www.twilio.com/user/account/phone-numbers/dev-tools/api-explorer/incoming-create at the bottom of the page)

- you can set the optional Sender Name (if your provider allows it)

After you have created the SMS connection, you can verify if everything is ok by clicking on the Check connection button.
Clicking on Messages you can see the list of sent messages (both success or failed).
If you click on the Show button you can see the details related to the single SMS:
