Settings
From Manage Settings you can view 3 tabs:
General
General where you can set time zone in which the tenant works
Roster configuration
Roster where you can define:
Enable backward draft date so insert as first draft also a day in the past
First draft: Insert the starting date of the draft (solve roster can be launched on the week that starts with the day inserted here)
Draft length: how many days to consider in the draft schedule (usually 7 or 14)
Publish length: how many days to consider in the scheduling publication
Rotation length: how many days to consider in the rotation system
If in rules section (read here to find out more), you choose as week start day Monday, in settings you will be able to choose only a Monday day as first draft.
XCALLY synchronisation
On XCALLY tab you can synchronise your XCALLY data inside XPLANY tenant
You can indicate:
Server url: so e.g. https://your_server.xcally.com
API Key that you can copy from your user account (e.g. admin user) by editing it, clicking on API key manager button and paste in XPLANY section
You can test integration by clicking on Test API key
With the button Sync data you can synchronise data immediately and a notification appears when a manual sync starts/ends
Then you need to match your data, by indicating the corresponding XCALLY role with XPLANY role:
role for agents / role for users / role for admins (by selecting among roles created in XPLANY section) - leaving the field blank, data are not imported
default disposability: standard contract you want to consider
Sync data interval: every how many hours data are synchronised (with 0 the synchronization is disabled)
And click on Save button
By making this integration you can synchronise XCALLY data and users:
XCALLY Voice queues will be imported as XPLANY skills. If you change queues on XCALLY and you activate Sync data interval, queues are also uploaded on XPLANY
con sync se cambiate code, vengno aggiornate anche su XPLANYXCALLY user/admin will be created like users (as e.g. planner)
XCALLY agents will be created as users and employees (to obtain personal credentials to access the platform)
If XPLANY is already populated, the system searches users/agents by email: if the contact already exists, system only updates data otherwise it creates a new one when synchronising update synchronised skills
