Who are the deleted members?

Deleted members are staff users that have been deleted from their section in XCALLY. Staff users include Users with admin or user role, Agents and Telephones.

When you delete a staff user, the system will consider the action as SOFT DELETE and will transfer the user in the Deleted Members section.

For example, from the Agents section, when you delete an agent:

The agent will be removed from the Agents section and will be transferred in the Deleted Members section:

From this section, clicking on the three dots button of the specific memeber line, you can:

  • Restore Member

  • Delete Member Permanently: the system will consider the action as HARD DELETE and the member can not be restored anymore.
