VIDAOO for Administrators

 

Register on Vidaoo

 

  • Go to https://vidaoo.xcally.com, where you find the login panel

  • Click Register here: 

  • Choose the language of the register form

  • Now enter your data: first and last name, your e-mail address to sign up and the password (2 times)

  • Pass the ReCaptcha verification

 

  • Click on "Register" and the system will immediately send you a confirmation email:

 

  • Open the email message and click on the button you find there to confirm your email address: a new Account ID (token) is generated for your account.

 

  • Now click on Verify your Account ID and you are successfully connected to Vidaoo!

 


Login to Vidaoo as Account

 

You can now login as: 

  • Vidaoo Account, with full permission

To log in as Account, go to https://vidaoo.xcally.com/ and insert email and password you created when you registered on Vidaoo (If you forgot your password, click "Reset").

 

  • Vidaoo User, with a range of activities allowed by the Account.




Let's get to know Vidaoo

Let's take a look at the general menu of Vidaoo, the submenus and functions available:

  • Profile is where your Account general information can be found: name, email, Account ID and all the permissions granted to your Account. On this Page you'll find also some Dashboards showing in brief your activities and tools.

  • Video is the Menu section where you can create or manage your past or future Meetings and manage the Recordings that have been started during the meetings

  • Administration is the environment in which you can create custom Buttons, that you set up to be eventually shown on the video conferencing interface, and create and enable Automations, that's to say automatic actions that the system must perform when certain conditions are met. In the Reports section meetings historical data will be available and in the Monitoring section you can monitor realtime activities. 

  • IAM (Identitiy and Access Management) is where the Vidaoo Users (those who will use Vidaoo in your organization) and their Roles (default roles are: Account, Developer, Kiosk, but you can create as many roles you need) can be defined

  • Billing allows you to switch Plans and gain more features and concurrent sessions

  • Support is where you can open a Ticket to request technical intervention and view the Logs
