About the Phonebar

We have currently issued two client applications:

  • the Shuttle Phone Bar, which was traditionally associated to Shuttle: this application will not have further evolutions
  • the XCALLY Universal Phone Bar, which derived from the XCally newest platform named Motion (V.1 and V.2) 

The latter will be the long-term version, including features like Security Management and Password Change (GDPR Compliant). More features will follow in the next future and this program will be the only Agent Windows Phonebar for all our XCally Server Platforms.
