Integrations

xCALLY Shuttle provides a seamless CTI integration with third party applications, like Zendesk and SugarCRM.

To manage this kind of integrations there is a dedicated sub-section in the Settings Menu, divided into:

• Integrations (see below)
• Triggers, to manage when and how the integration will work (inbound and outbound)
• Custom Fields, to show to the Agent useful information of the customer directly on the 3rd party application.

Through the Integrations table the Administrator can:

• Delete an Integration 
• Edit the Integration parameters 

Create a new Integration

Clicking on New Integration and filling the form with data about your 3rd Application Account, according to your integration type.
