Recordings

You can enable the Call Recording and set the audio format in the Queue Advanced Settings section.

Here the New Recordings section’s features:

  • Define a Rating for each Call Recording; 
  • Download the call recordings;
  • Hear a preview of the call recording, ONLY if the chosen format is .wav;
  • Quickly distinguish the inbound and outbound calls thanks to the Type label; 
  • Quickly access to the call recordings and Quality monitor. The search is much more effective and fast.
