Bot Configuration

In this section it is possible to edit the bot connected with your Tenant. Once Xenialab Team gives you permission, the Admin can configure the soft bot on his own.

Using the toggle button, it is possible to enable or disable the bot, depending on your needs (for example, disable the bot for a certain time of the year).

Bot configuration’s fields are customized and obviously different from one Customer to another. Here you can find some examples:
