Users

In this section, there are all the users of the system: Agents and Administrators.

 

 

  1. Data Frame, which covers the number of conversations viewed by the administrator

  2. View/Edit: to view, edit or delete the user

  3. Create New User

  4. Download Excel file (with all the information in the bracket)

Data Frame

By clicking on the Bar the following "curtain" will be opened  

from which you can select the number of visible managed numbers to review, ranging from 10 to 100.


View/Edit

allow the admin to view, edit or delete the users.

Click on view or Edit to see or modify a user settings, you will see this the general description of the skillset (in details)


Details

 

 

Fill in Details

  1. Level: Tenant admin, Campaign manager or Agent

  2. Login type: standard (login/password) or LDAP or External (OAuth 2.0 like Azure AD, Google and Salesforce), if it was configured in settings by the admin

  3. First name

  4. Last name

  5. User name

  6. Email: essential for receiving login credentials

  7. Max concurrent conversations: maximum of conversations the user can manage at the same time

  8. Put in the ID of an external system to match it with WitiOp

  9. Enabled: enabled to work

 

Keep in mind that the On/Off Option “Isolated” allows the user to see the conversations. If it is switched off he will only be able to view the interactions related to his skillset and no other.

 

To Save the settings remember to press on .


Skillset

 

Add new skillset

 

 

  1. Data Frame, which covers the number of conversations viewed by the administrator (refer to the section above)

  2. Delete the user’s skillset (refer to the section above)

  3. Add new skillset

  4. Download Excel file (with all the information in the bracket)

Create new User

To a create a new user you will need to fullfil al the mandatory fields present in Details and Skillset.

They are the same as the ones in the section View and Edit (see above)

Refer to the previous section to complete and insert all the required data to create a new user.

Remember to fill the blanks highlighted (*)

 

To Save the settings remember to press on.


Delete

To eliminate an agent from the admin control, it is possible to press on:

And confirm your choice by selecting delete


The Excel file Download 

This feature  allows to translate all the information related to the Users in an Excel file.

Click on the icon and you will see the following bracket on the bottom left end of your screen:

Open the file and you will have all the information you need in an Excel, easy to share to subjects/departments that do not use the WitiOp platform.
