Queue Campaign Quick Guide
Step 1. Create a TrunkTrunk is a SIP connection between your phone system and a VOIP provider. Your VOIP service provider will provide you information like Trunk Username, Password and Domain to register XCALLY to their trunking system. Tools → Trunks | |||||||||
Step 2. Create an IntervalDefine when your Queue Campaign will run! Tools → Intervals | Step 3. Create a List and upload ContactsUpload your Contacts: the Dialer will call them and route the call to your Agents automatically! Contacts Manager → List Contacts Manager → Contacts | Step 5. Create a Queue CampaignDefine the Dialing Method (Progressive, Power, Predictive, Preview) and other useful parameters (Time Interval, Timezone, Retry Times...) before running the Campaign. Motion Bull → Queue Campaigns | Step 6. Add List to Queue CampaignAssociate your List of Contacts to the Queue Campaign! Motion Bull → Queue Campaigns → Edit | Step 8. Add Agents/Teams to Queue CampaignAssociate your Agents and/or Teams of Agents to the Queue Campaign, so they can manage the calls originated by the Dialer.
