License

The data displayed in the License section represent the Shuttle IP Address, the maximum number of Channels and of concurrent Agents available, if the Tiger Dial and Contact Management modules are active, the License Key, its duration and the Token.

License Order

In the License tab, you can find the License Order button, that will show you a form useful to request new licenses or update the existing ones adding new modules, for example Tiger Dial or the Contact Management.
