The XCALLY MOTION Fax Channel allows you to define the Fax Accounts that the Agents, belonging to specific Fax Queues, will use to send and receive Fax messages from XCALLY Motion Omni Desktop Interface.

Architecture

The Fax Channel allows you to receive/send Fax: the Agent will manage the Fax interaction transparently as well as any other request (mail, chat, and so on).

You just need to configure Fax Accounts and to define specific actions to run when a fax is sent/received and the agents belonging to the Fax Queues will handle them.
