   In this section, you can configure Asterisk SIP LocalNet, ExternIp, TURN and STUN Networks.

Click  and insert:

  • net.ip.address/subnet.mask format for LocalNET
  • extern.ip.address for ExternIP
  • address, username and password for Turn
  • address for Stun


Turn Server Address setting may be useful when the agents use WebRTC bar behind NAT firewall.
