V3 Translate XCally Motion UI in national languages
XCALLY Motion Software is provided in several national languages. For the majority of them the translation has been done using automatic tools and for this reason it may not be true to the original.
For this reason we are glad to cooperate with Partners: they can apply to become official translators for their national language!
Some of them have already used this procedure and issued a better UI in their national language!
Submit your application:
ask the credentials to sales@xcally.com. You can use your credentials in order to have access to your national language files (only one translator for each language will be accepted) and modify them whenever is necessary.
Remember you can modify only your national language files: the English version provided for your access is only for reference (unless you have access to the English national language files!)
The languages that are not supported are provided in English and must be fully translated
As soon as you receive the credentials to the your national language UI files from sales@xcally.com, please follow this step-by-step guide:
1.Go to https://translate.xcallymotion.com and insert your credentials
2. Click on the Module name (you find the list of them on left side of the screen) you want to edit the file:
3. Open the national language file of the Module:
and you will see the contents of the complete UI Fields (including Error Messages or Help Messages):

You find the general fields directly under the Module Name:
Error Messages and Help Messages sections are preceded by a header:
- Errors for Error Messages:
- Help for Help Messages:
4. Write the chosen word/sentence in reference to the field name
Remember: fields "names" cannot be empty
Use the Search filed (on the top right of the screen) in order to find the same word in the text (this will be highlighted)
5. Save the changes for the edited module
The steps described above must be repeated for each module national user interface you want to edit and modify

6. Edit the Phonebar file and modify the keys you find in order to build your national language version for the Agent Desktop:

The Phonebar UI is already is provided in English and Italian by default.
7. Inform sales@xcally.com your work is done!
8. Sales will ask XCALLY Motion Develop Team to check the file format: if everything is ok the first release issue your national language files will be loaded!
