Projects
Overview
A project is an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flow that allows callers to interact with your voicebots or agents, retrieve/insert data from/to a database and routes calls to the destination required.
You can find the Projects section under the Cally Square menu:
From the Project section you can create, edit, export and delete IVR projects (single or bulk actions).
You must have admin role or user role with Cally Square permissions to be able to manage Cally Square projects
Create a Project
To create a Cally Square IVR project:
Go under Cally Square → Projects section
Click the New Project plus blue button Enter the project's details:
Name
Description (optional)
Click Add Project to confirm. After the Cally Square project is created, you find the project in the list of projects.
Search the project from the list and click the three dots button menu → Edit Project
Access the Design Area, where you can build your IVR project using the Cally Square blocks.
