Overview
This page contains the list of the blocks (ready-to-use applications) available in Cally Square to design your IVR flow.
You can easily drag and drop the blocks you're interested in to build your project in the design area and connect them to create a flow.
For each block you add, just double-click on it and enter the required fields:
The blocks are collected in Groups of Applications: in the following sections, you can find all available applications for each group.
Entry applications
The Entry blocks are essential for defining the basic structure of the call flow, including the start and end points, from an Application perspective.

Call management applications
The Call management blocks can be used to set the actions and steps of the IVR project from a Telephony perspective.

Agent management applications
The Agent management blocks can be used in IVR projects to manage the queue status of the Agents who use external phones (softphones, hard phones or mobile phones) instead of the XCALLY Phonebar or the WebRTC.
